Figure 2: Magnetic resonance (MR) image of the left arm. Sagittal MR images shows a cystic lesion in the posteromedial aspect of the distal arm along the course of the ulnar nerve. It is uniformly hypointense on T1 (white arrow in a) and hyperintense on T2 (white arrow in b) sequences. The elbow joint can be visualized clearly (white arrowheads), with no evidence of communication with the cyst. There is no suppression on short-T1 inversion recovery (STIR) images (black arrow in c) and rim enhancement of the cyst is seen after contrast administration (black arrow in d)
