Figure 4: 37-year-old female presented with history of weakness of bilateral lower limbs and backache for 6 months. MRI showed complete collapse of D10 and partial compression fracture of D11 vertebral bodies causing focal kyphotic deformity. There was altered signal intensity on T1 and T2W images (a and b) with enhancement of the involved vertebrae and the D10-11 intervertebral disc on post contrast T1 (c). There was moderate splenomegaly noted on coronal STIR (d). Bone biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of lymphoma
