MRI showed a wedge compression fracture of D12 vertebra with a focal linear hypo intensity on T1 (a) and hyper intensity on T2 (b) with enhancement on post contrast T1 image (c). CT (d) in addition to the above mentioned findings showed diffuse osteoporosis in the form of decreased density of the vertebra with coarsened trabeculae. Lab investigations were also concordant with the diagnosis of osteoporosis
