Sir,

Thanks for the interest in our study. [1],[2] We also agree that it is necessary to differentiate the astrocytoma from other highly similar lesions in CE-SWI, but our objective is to investigate the value of susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) in evaluating the histopathologic grade of cerebral astrocytomas. The sensitivity and specificity of CE-SWI were not reported in our paper, so we could not compare it with what was already reported by Zhang et al. in their previously similar publication. [3]
