	sir, This is not new thing. I think this child was having a dengue associated ADEM in which above clinical presentation and CT findings are usually seen.MRI brain shold have been done to confirm this and it should be managed as ADEM.Disappearance of leisions in repeat CT also suggest demyelination. thanking you DR Syamlal S CONSULTANT NEUROLOGIST KIMS TRIVANDRUM
