Author has reviewed the philosophy in a niceway.Apart from risk-benefit ratio for a cancer
patient, onco treament philosophy should be reviewed every 5 yrs and national/global
protocol with respect to surgical/ethical philosophy to be formed. The cancer patients pay heavy price not only from scalp hair to toe-nail but also financial(true buyer) and the global
health care optimaly should justify the care for the price.
