WNT-medulloblastomas (a-c) are immunopositive for nuclear β-catenin and YAP1, and immunonegative for GAB1; SHH tumors (d-f) demonstrate diffuse strong positivity for GAB1 and YAP1, but lack β-catenin nucleopositivity; while lack of immunopositivity for all the three markers denotes non-WNT/non-SHH medulloblastoma (g-i)
